How do I become a member?

Registering with Condoinspectors.com is an easy online process.

1. Enter your company information.
2. Select the services provided.
3. Create custom pricing for each service or select the “call for quote” option.
4. Enter your company service locations.
5. Fax in the Inspection Membership Agreement.
6. The account will then be activated.

Leads

Leads are distributed based on the inspection services provided and the service location. The lead information is instantly emailed to you and sent to your Condoinspectors.com online account. The lead will contain the customer contact information, property address, date, time, bedrooms, baths, square footage, map/satellite view and your custom quote. Review the lead and contact the customer. Once you get the business, the rest is up to you. Use your own reporting forms and collect revenue directly from the customer. It’s that easy! Account Management

The account management system has many great features that allow you to create a customized marketing strategy for your business. With your account you may select services, create custom pricing, set service locations, edit company listing, view leads, view notifications, view invoices and adjust the cap. The cap controls how much your company spends on leads each month. When the cap is met you will no longer receive leads for that month unless you increase your cap. You may also view complete summaries of your lead history and invoices with the account management menu.

Custom Inspection Quotes

Condoinspectors.com allows you to create custom quotes for each service. To create a custom quote you enter a base rate, the amount of square footage the base rate includes and a per additional square foot rate. The website will automatically calculate a total price and provide that to the customer along with your company information. For those services that can not be instantly quoted there is a “call for quote” option that you may select.

Lead fees

The account will be charged for each lead received based on the type of lead. On the first day of each month a notification and an invoice will be sent to your account inbox. You will have three days to review the invoice and request a return on unqualified leads. All lead return requests will be reviewed and the account credited once approved by Condoinspectors.com. After the review period, the invoice amount will be charged. We have set our prices so that we can be an everyday tool used in making your business successful.
