Membership requirements

Condoinspectors.com is building a reputation based on quality service and professional inspection providers. We have established requirements for membership to ensure that our customers receive experienced inspectors. Our goal is to maintain the best property inspection network available.

Membership requirements:

• Documented three years experience with property inspection services.
• Perform at least 150 documented home, townhouse or condo inspections prior to membership.
• Hold an active membership and participate in a regional, state or national Inspector Associations.
• Must pass NHIE (National Home Inspector Examination), NAHI CRI examination or comparable examination course (contact Condoinspectors.com for additional accepted examinations).
• Conduct your inspections in accordance with the Standards of Practice set by the inspector association with which you hold membership and those set by State and Federal regulations.
• Complete eight (8) continuing education credits annually.
• Agree to provide inspection services to customers at guaranteed rates set by Condoinspectors.com.
• Maintain active Errors and Omissions, Workman’s Compensation and General Liability insurance and a bond for your registered company.
• Pay one-time account set-up fee of $299.00. Attention! The account set up fee has been waived and is free for a limited time.
